Great news! We have a feature that lets you pay online! View your balance, submit electronic checks, or pay with a Visa, MasterCard, or Discover from any computer. Log onto our website and click the "Resident's" tab and then click the "Pay Rent" link. This will take you to our resident portal. There is a convenience charge for this service.

 

Yes! Level 27 is a pet-friendly community. We do have breed and weight restrictions, however. If you are interested in bringing your furry-friend with you, please contact the leasing office to register your animal.

Rooms are assigned first come first serve. If you have a specific layout/floor request please include it in the "Bedroom/Floor Requested" section of the application. Please note this is a request and is not guaranteed that we are able to accommodate the request. Please also make sure that you include any preferred roommates in the "Requested Roommate" section. If you do not have roommates, please note that you will be matched based on roommate questionnaire in your application.

Yes. All leases are required to have a guarantor. If an approved guarantor cannot be obtained, Greystar will accept a security deposit of one and a half installments.

That depends on traffic conditions, but we aim for a 20-30 minute loop until 5PM, Monday through Friday!

Yes! All you have to do is register your vehicle through your resident portal account and use the parking pass we provide. Having trouble? Contact our leasing office and we can walk you through the process!

We offer annual, academic, and semester leases. Academic and semester leases are first come, first serve!

All utilities are included, excluding electric. Your electric bill is conveniently split between each roommate via a third-party company called Conservice. You will pay your electric bill through the resident portal.

We do not send any invoices, but for your convenience, you can use our online resident portal to check your balance at any time. The front page of your lease dictates exactly when each payment is due.

We unfortunately do not allow subletting; however, we do allow lease take overs. Please contact the leasing office to learn more about this process and how to complete it accurately.

You are welcome to bring additional furniture with you, but don't forget that we fully furnish all of our apartments.

Our Fall move in date is 8/19/2022. Feel free to inquire with our leasing office for immediate move in availability as well.

Maintenance requests may be entered via the online Resident Portal or the via the Resident Portal app. You may also stop in or call the office. We also offer 24-hour emergency maintenance.

We want you to be comfortable here, and we will do everything we can to accommodate your roommate requests. There is a fee associated with transferring apartments.

1. Open your renewal email from us.
2. Review the terms, and click "Accept"
3. Follow the prompts to sign the new lease agreement.
